This is a HUGE three-story home. We have 9 true beds within the 5 bedrooms. The first floor has a kitchen with all new appliances! Large living room and dining room. The second floor has 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. The third floor has 2 bedrooms and another full bathroom. The living room has couches and chairs. Plenty of seating for large groups! The dining room table is very large - 6 chairs w/ additional chairs provided. All bedrooms have brand new memory foam mattresses! There is off-street parking for 6 cars and free street parking in front of the house. There is a front patio, back patio, and large back yard. There is a washer and dryer for your convenience.

The home is located in Weinland Park off of N. 4th St. There is a mix of musicians, professors, students, and working professionals who live in the area. The house is centrally located to all Columbus has to offer. The house is within walking distance (15 mins or so) to Ohio State University. We are just around the corner from the Ohio Expo Center and Mapfre Stadium. We are 5-10 minutes from all of the action in the Short North, Convention Center, Nationwide Arena, and Downtown. We are located close to all major highways and 10 minutes from the airport.
We have off-street parking for 6 cars. We also have free street parking just outside the home. There are bus stops on 4th St. and it is a very cheap Uber to all of the best Columbus has to offer.
Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).
PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:

Benjamin was an exceptional host, was very kind and communicative; 5/5 stars for him. Another plus was the ease of check-out; there wasn't any ridiculous asks for cleaning, which some AirBnB rentals definitely have. My issues are with the rental itself. The kitchen faucet is so slow it's practically unusable. Pity to anyone trying to cook/do dishes with it.The doors on some of the cabinets and the fridge feel ready to fall off the hinges with one more opening of them. The door between and bathroom and bedroom have a very loose connection, so anybody using the bathroom would be very easily seen by the person in the adjacent bedroom. Also, the basement bathroom didn’t have a light bulb in its fixture...Lastly, I had to reach out to Benjamin for more toilet paper. We had no spare rolls as soon as we checked in. Again, to Benjamin's credit, he was very quick to respond and got us some that day. But having at least a spare roll per bathroom would be appreciated and necessary Great place. Would stay again. Very clean. The place was in a nice location close to the University and plenty of places to dine and shop. It was also a very spacious home that allowed for my co workers and I to have our own space. Julianne
