Amenities
This was a very nice one bedroom apartment style home with private parking. The interior was very clean and had all the amenities listed. When you type in the address to Google maps or Waze, it will take you to the front of the building, but parking for this complex is just around the corner. It was not hard to find at all.
The entire area is very quaint, and quiet. Only problem we had that was a slight annoyance was other Airbnb renters in the loft above us who had an animal that would bark. But that was a coin toss occurrence that I will not put on the host of this beautiful facility.
Also, if you were a gamer, we brought my boyfriend‘s Xbox and was able to play call of duty with very fast Internet speeds.
Would definitely recommend an absolute stay again. Kailah

Don’t book with them they make you sign a private contract after you book and if you don’t have any reviews they make you cancel your booking and only refund you 1/4 of your money back !!!! And you have to contact air bnb to get the full refund back DO NOT BOOK !!! Victoria

This was hands down one of the best air and b experiences. It was incredibly clean ( spotless and sparking). The couch and bed were super comfortable. I enjoyed using the kitchen to cook. I truly felt at home. The team
Was very responsive if I needed anything’s I felt so taken care of. The neighborhood felt safe to walk around during the day. I felt like I could rest, relax, get work done and just enjoy being in the stay. The washer dryer in unit was an awesome perk. Absolutely five stars! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Frannie

I am a seasoned Airbnb traveler and this was my first stay in a venue managed by a property management company, not an individual owner.
The level of formality and the contracts that you are sent to sign AFTER you book the property--without a refund option--were off-putting. Additionally, I was informed AFTER I booked that there would be an additional pet fee; that is typically something I see in the overall sum prior to booking. T
The apartment was warm and had a number of essentials but was missing items like a full length mirror and dresser; I stayed for a week and these would've been great basics to have for a longer-term stay.
I am a sound sleeper but heard the tenant above every morning at 530AM; plus their dog liked to bark...A LOT.
I had an issue with the hot water tank & snow removal, and they were communicative and sent their team to fix both within 24 hours.
