Location, Location, Location! This perfect-sized studio is just steps from Downtown Columbus, and in the quaint German Village. The Brandenburg Suite is a small, modern, industrial space that has been designed specifically to be just what 1 - 2 people would need. Our suite provides a memory foam mattress, mounted HDTV, kitchenette with sink and fridge, and full bathroom with a beautiful walk-in shower. Just a 3 minute walk to Downtown Columbus!
This is beautiful studio apartment that blends old brick with modern surfaces. Enjoy the convenience of parking just steps from your door, and your entire suite on ground level. Our space is a queen bed, couch , TV, Kitchenette, and full bathroom. The kitchenette has a fridge, sink, chair and work/space, coffee maker, microwave, and basic dish set. No stove here! Enjoy a movie from bed or the couch! Our bathroom is completed with a luxurious walk-in shower with glass doors and subway tile.

Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).
PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:

If walmarts customer service offered an air bnb, that's what this would be. it's smaller than a hotel room, with 100 less amenities. we were offered a towel and washcloth for two people and three days. no backups whatsoever in the entire place. Every response was copy,pasted and impersonal. we were given the wrong code for check in and spent 30 minutes with alarms going off and no way to contact anyone except to send message after message. even the apology was copy and pasted. If companies are going to buy up every house in the area, atleast have the decency to make it affordable and offer awesome customer service. the property looks ignored. as if someone has been hiring a half-ass crew to come in and clean for a year and never checking on it again. the once black tile with white grout is brown. the shower had pubes and other very short hair all over the walls. even though we were assured the cleaning people just left. If you want to be ignored in an overpriced box, this is the place!
