Housepitality

It’s an old house with a turn of charm. The floors creak and it has beautiful molding. But the bathrooms have been updated and are very nice. The mattresses are a little firm for my liking, but that’s just a preference thing. You can’t beat the location. Every morning I went and got coffee at One Line coffee. Family could go out and have a nice dinner then walk our older kids home. My wife and I would then go out and have drinks. The neighborhood has a lot of activity with people out walking with their dogs, family, etc. I definitely lucked out with this find.

I had a delightful 4 nights at this lovely home in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. It was the perfect location for visiting local family and taking my dog for daily walks. The beds were comfortable, hot water was great in the showers, and the extra items like shampoo and body soap was much very appreciated. The fenced in back yard was perfect for my pooch to sun bathe and I enjoyed the outdoor dining area with my breakfast and coffee. I plan to return to this lovely home on my next Ohio visit to see my family.

We stayed here for one night for a half marathon. We felt that the living room had an odd smell and the bathroom wasn’t very clean. The shower had marks on the bottom from maybe hard water? The bed frame in one of the bedrooms was sweaky. Ben was great and the location was just outside of German village - not quite in German Village.

Overall a great house in a safe neighborhood close enough to walk to the Stadium. A great place to being the pets and enough privacy between rooms that separate peeps could feel apart of everything, but have their own space, too. Thanks for a great stay.

the water takes a little second to warm up in the showers but other than that we had no issues. beautiful place! looks just like pictures! Benjamin was super quick with any responses that we needed, check in and check out was super easy.

Perfect location in Columbus by Goodale Park with North Market walkable as well as other restaurants along High Street. Parking is convenient and it's easy to get around the city as well due to location of the various highway access points. Clean and spacious, great communication with the hosts, all around a very positive experience and I'll likely stay here again on my next trip to CMH.

Great apartment in a great location. In town for the marathon and this was walking distance to the start/finish. We stay in this neighborhood regularly when we visit Columbus, short drive or walk to lots of spots. Apartment was comfortable and clean.

Great location in Victorian village less than a five minute walk to high street and one block from the park. House is very clean but has the classic Victorian village charm. Bedrooms are good size and beds are comfortable.

We loved staying at Benjamin's C unit. It was so cozy, comfortable, spotless, and with nice new appliances amd furniture. Benjamin was responsive and friendly for our questions. The neighborhood was lovely to walk around, inclusing to Weiland's grocery (a nice store). We really appreciated early check-in when we requested. Thanks so much!

We had a great stay! The host was very friendly, responsive, and accommodating. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Would definitely recommend staying here!
