This house is perfect for groups of friends, families, or co-workers! We are just 5-10 minutes from the Short North and Convention Center! Our house is just 1/2 mile from OSU, Expo Center, and Mapfre Stadium. 10 mins to the airport!

This is a very large two-story home.
We have 10 true beds within the bedrooms and an additional 7 beds between the pull-out sofa, couch, and air mattresses.
The first floor has 2 large bedrooms, 1 full updated bathroom, updated kitchen w/ stainless appliances, large living room, & dining room.
The second floor has large 4 bedrooms, 1 full updated bathroom, and a second updated kitchen w/ stainless appliances.
The living room has a three couches. Two couches with reclining seats and a pull-out sofa. Plenty of seating for large groups!
The dining room table is very large - 6 chairs w/ additional chairs provided.
There is off-street parking for 6 cars and free street parking in front of the house.
There is a front patio w/ wicker chairs and yard as well.
There is a washer and dryer for your convenience.

The home is located near Iuka Ravine off of N. 4th St. There is a mix of musicians, professors, students, and working professionals who live in the area. The house is centrally located to all Columbus has to offer. The house is within walking distance (15 mins or so) to Ohio State University. We are just around the corner from the Ohio Expo Center and Mapfre Stadium. We are 5-10 minutes from all of the action in the Short North, Convention Center, Nationwide Arena, and Downtown. We are located close to all major highways and 10 minutes from the airport.
There are bus stops on 4th St. and it is a very cheap Uber to all of the best Columbus has to offer.
Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).
PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:

Benjamin is an amazing host. He is very responsive. The home matched the description for the most part. Although from the photos, I thought there was a living room upstairs and there is not. The property is older and definitely needs some work. There is a serious issue with the plumbing which caused the water in both showers to stop running mid-shower and the sinks to stop draining. In addition to an deep
clean (baseboards especially), the house should be exterminated to remove the tiny bugs in some of the corners. Also, while there are plenty of beds, having only 2 very small bathrooms was challenging for our group of 11. The house did have some amenities but the kitchens were not fully stocked with the necessities for a longer stay. Benjamin was great and the house satisfied our needs for the 1 night we were there, but I would not return. Was our second time staying here and it was even better than the first time. Would definitely recommend. Great place for one night with a big family. Shower was weak but I had worse. Thanks for letting us stay. Timothy

Great for a group or family to spend the weekend in the OSU campus area. Comfortable and clean alternative to hotel. I would rent this house again.
